Water-oil Coolers

QHP stainless steel plate type water oil heat exchangers are designed to provide compact highly efficient coolers. The brazed plate construction allows for a max oil working pressure of 20 bar and the unique design ensure high levels of heat transfer between the oil and water with relatively low water consumption. Standard unit's range in size from 0-200 kW heat dissipation.

Technical

The QHP water oil plate type heat exchangers consist of a number of profiled stainless steel plates. The direction of the profile ensures that the ridges on the adjacent plates intersect forming a network of contact points. The brazing process then creates a compact pressure resistant unit (20 bar Max working pressure) which utilises all the materials for heat transfer.

Performances

The QHP plate heat exchangers offer a wide range of heat dissipation characteristics and are specifically designed for high levels of heat transfer at low water flows. Units range in size from 0,5- 200KW-heat dissipation subject to oil/water differentials.

The Compact Designs provides turbulent flow at high velocities ensuring an even distribution of oil flow to maximise performance and minimise the risk of contamination with low volume fluid hold up.
