Hydrostatic testing upto 50,000 Psi (3448 Bar) is possible in house. This can be undertaken with Mineral Oil or Water Glycols.
Hydrostatic testing can be undertaken in accordance with all accumulator design standards.
The hydrostatic test is a way in which leaks can be found in pressure vessels. Using this test helps maintain safety standards and durability of a vessel over time. Newly manufactured pieces are initially qualified using the hydrostatic test. Hydrostatic testing is also a way in which a gas pressure vessel is checked for leaks or flaws. Testing is very important pressure vessels can explode if they fail when containing compressed gas.
